Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?
Yes! We guarantee all our work and lights throughout the season. If anything goes out or stops working, we’ll fix it fast — no extra charge.
What if I want my lights left up past January?
No problem — we can schedule your takedown later in the winter upon request.
Do you offer discounts for returning customers?
Yes! Returning clients often receive priority scheduling and special discounted pricing options each season.
Do you install wreaths?
Yes! Many of our customers add a wreath to their install! We primarily use 36” wreaths, and 60” wreaths.
Can I see examples of your past work?

What if I need to reschedule?

How do I prepare my home before installation?
Just make sure outdoor outlets are working and any obstacles (like holiday décor or ladders) are out of the way. We handle the rest.

What happens if I move to a new home?
When you move, we can help you design a brand new display! Your old lights are custom fit to the home, so either you can gift them to the new buyer, or we can recycle them for you!
Are the lights energy efficient?
Yes! Our LED lights use very little power — most homes see almost no noticeable increase in their electricity bill.
Can you coordinate timers or smart plugs?
Yes! We offer automatic timers so your lights turn on and off every evening without you lifting a finger.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Nope! As long as we have access to your outdoor power outlets, our team can handle everything while you’re away.
Do you offer LED vs incandescent options?
We only use commercial-grade C7 LEDs — they last longer, shine brighter, and use up to 90% less energy than incandescent bulbs.
How soon should I book my installation?
We recommend booking in early fall. Spots fill quickly, and early scheduling ensures your lights are up before the cold weather hits.
What makes your lights “commercial grade”?
Our C7 LEDs are weatherproof, energy-efficient, and built to last — designed for long-term use, unlike store-bought strings.
Do you offer referral discounts or specials?
Yes — many clients save by referring friends or booking early in the season! Ask about current promotions.
When do you take the lights down?
Takedowns usually begin right after New Year’s and continue through late January.
Do you decorate bushes, fences, or driveways?
Yes! We can wrap bushes and line driveways with stakes for a complete holiday display.

What colors are available?
Choose from red, blue, green, purple, orange, warm white, or cool white, or mix them for your own custom design.
Can I change my colors next year?
Absolutely! We can swap colors or patterns for a small per-bulb fee.
Do I own the lights?
Yes! You purchase the lights from us, so they’re yours to reuse each year. We store them safely in our warehouse for next season.
What type of lights do you use?
We use commercial-grade C7 LED lights — durable, energy-efficient, and custom-fit to your home for a professional look.
When should I schedule installation?
We start re-installs October 1st and book new installs through December 15th. Early booking guarantees your spot before our schedule fills up.
How does pricing work?
Every home is unique, so we create custom quotes based on your layout and lighting design. Estimates are free, just call or request one online!

What colors of lights do you have?
We have 7 colors! Red, blue, green, purple, orange, and two tones of white; warm and cool. Warm white looks more like the old incandescent bulbs and gives off more of a yellow hue. Cool white is more of the pure bright white, it can sometimes give off a bit of a blue hue.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we do not have contracts. We are always looking forward to working with our customers consistently through the seasons, but you are welcome to stop your services at any time.
